05 / BOOKING POLICIES

These policies protect member availability and make scheduling predictable for every golfer.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead
Eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reserved start time receive account credit for a future session.
Late cancellations
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the start time—and missed reservations—are not eligible for a refund or account credit.
Monthly membership renewal
Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the following renewal.
Member-hour limits
Member hours do not roll over. Members may use up to two included hours per day and may reserve additional available time for $60 per hour.

How many people can I bring?+
The space is designed for up to five guests. The group session price covers two to four players.
Do I need to bring clubs?+
You’re welcome to bring your own. Premium right- and left-handed house clubs are planned for the club.
Is someone at the club during my session?+
The club is designed for secure, automated access. Remote help will be available if needed.
Can beginners play?+
Absolutely. Choose a virtual course, practice at your own pace, or bring a more experienced golfer.
What happens if I need to cancel?+
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session to receive account credit. Cancellations inside 24 hours and missed reservations are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Do membership hours roll over?+
No. Included hours reset each month, with a two-hour daily limit. Additional available time is $60 per hour for members.
